Why have I been invited to take part?
You are being invited to participate in this study because you are a diabetes-related social media influencer in the UK or a professional at a diabetes-related or healthcare-related organisation.
Do I have to take part?

No. It is entirely up to you whether or not to take part. Your participation is completely voluntary. A decision not to take part will not affect your work now or in the future. If you decide to take part, you will be asked to provide written consent. You are also free to withdraw your comments from the interview manuscripts at any time without giving a reason until the time when the researcher begins to analyse collected data, this period will be 4 weeks.
What are the possible risks of taking part?
There are no anticipated risks involved in taking part in this study.

What will happen if I agree to take part?
Before taking part, you will need to complete and sign the consent form online. If you decide to take part, an online interview will be conducted to understand your perspectives, knowledge, motives, and experience. Audio data generated from the online interview will be recorded for further transcribes. The audiotape will be erased at the end of the study. The information which will be used will be totally non-identifiable unless you have given your consent to be identified on the accompanying consent form.
